Admission Requirements

GV School of Missions is dedicated to building effective leaders to reach the masses and to provide the training to identify and implement each participant’s God-given gifts in an environment of excellence. Therefore, GVSM has a basic admission standard. You must be at least 18 years old, have a high school education or equivalent, have a born-again experience, and feel a call to ministry and missions.

GVSM accepts applications year-round. The next year begins in September and concludes in April. Exact dates will be given to you upon acceptance.

General Application Requirements:

  • Application for admission
  • 1-page essay with application
  • A recent photograph of the applicant
  • 3 References
  • Application fee of $50.00

Specific Requirements for Applicant:

  • Must complete an application and interview process
  • Must go on a GV trip upon completing the program.
  • Must have High School diploma or have a GED
  • Must own laptop computer, preferably an Apple Macbook Air or Macbook Pro
  • Must have basic computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Acceptance Notification

Applicants will be notified of their acceptance status by letter. The application process takes approximately 3-4 weeks after all application materials have been received. Contacting references may result in a longer wait time.
